The book written by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby, is an intriguing piece of literature. The main character Nick Carraway, living in a small house neighboring "The Great Gatsby's" mansion; comes to find that his cousin Daisy at one time, was with The Great Gatsby. "The Great Gatsby", however, is not so great. His love for Daisy is touching once Daisy marries and makes a life for her He continues to love her in an almost appalling way. He dotes over her and loves her and she does not know he feels for her in such a way anymore. Jay, referred to as Gatsby in the book, throw parties wher alcohol is served, a direct offense of the law.
