Every day there are millions upon millions of drivers on the road. Just driving to the post office you see good drivers and bad drivers. Some drivers obey the rules and some do not. There are many ways you can tell from the responsible drivers and the drivers who are not responsible. I strongly believe that there are three main responsibilities each and every driver should maintain while on the road. If you simply leave out one of the three responsibilities you are not a responsible driver. In the next few paragraphs you will see what it takes to be a responsible driver.
