Growing up in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Larry Walker--star outfielder for the Colorado Rockies--had a dream. In his dream he was playing in front of a sell-out crowd--as a goaltender for the Montreal Canadiens hockey team. When his dream of playing professional hockey ended, Walker did not quit. He took up baseball as a hobby, and now he is one of the best players in the major leagues.
