Additionally, the book presents new ideas on how to divide the work so that everyone is happier and has time to pursue the interests that interest them and make them interesting people. Using 100 cards Eve provides, couples are invited to examine their personal and family values, eliminate things that do not fit with those values, and more equally share the duties that remain. The book's main themes are the traditional roles of men and women in the family, how roles are changing, and the importance of the Unicorn Space.
