Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) is a concept in development by a committee of Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). Its objective is to transport the resources of an intelligent network to a wireless network, utilizing the interim standard IS-41 [1] which was adopted because its facilitates roaming.
