William Frankfather (born August 4 1944, in Kermit, Texas, died December 28, 1998 in Los Angeles, California) was an American film and television actor. Frankfather guest starred in many popular television series of the late twentieth century including The A-Team, Hill Street Blues, Remington Steele, Murphy Brown, Picket Fences, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Melrose Place, Empty Nest, Wings and NYPD Blue.
