The White Order of Thule was a loosely organized society formed mid-1990s by European Americans. It described itself as an esoteric brotherhood working toward the revitalization of the Culture-Soul of the European people. It sought to do this through individual and collective work in the Western Hermetic-Alchemical tradition [1].

Background

What later became The White Order of Thule was first only an American branch of an older occult order titled the the Black Order of Pan-Europa. The former split of from the latter be cause of ideological reasons and the name change was to distinguish itself from the international Black Order, but also expressed a shift in spiritual perspective and values. [2]

Membership

Membership of the order, limited to individuals of European descent over 18 years of age, was divided into three degrees. Individuals seeking to join were required to send a 500 word autobiography including their views on culture, spirituality, history and politics. If deemed suitable, they would be sent an application.[3]

Organization and leadership

The administration of programs was vested in a core of members operating through Order Headquarters, and delegated to regional contact stations which form an advisory council. The basic unit was the Lodge. The rules said at least three members may form a Lodge which would operate as a local manifestation of the Will of the Order.[4]

Study material

Aside from the Degrees of Membership and the Membership Manual the order suggested as study material works such as Mein Kampf, Imperium, Beyond Good And Evil, Might Is Right, Siege and Revolt Against The Modern World.[5]
