WIN holds shares in PBL and Channel Ten. In addition to this, WIN controls pay-TV provider SelecTV [1], and has brought a stake in SP Telemedia, which sold fellow Nine affiliate NBN to PBL. On April 21, 2007, the board of Sunraysia Television endorsed WIN's revised offer of $163 million for STW-9. [1] On May 30, 2007, Southern Cross Broadcasting announced its sale of NWS-9 to the WIN Corporation for $105 million.[2] On June 8, 2007, Sunraysia Television announced its sale of STW-9 to WIN Corporation for $163.1 million.[3]
