A variable value stamp, also known as an Automatenmarken or ATM, is a gummed or self-adhesive postage stamp, used by a variety of postal administrations around the world. They are normally obtained from dispensers which can either deliver one or more user defined values or can be restricted to a range of pre-programmed values. ATEEME, the Variable Value Stamps Study and Collecting Group, specializes in collecting these items.
