Normal heart
Uhl anomaly was first described in 1952[1]. It is a very seldom (lesser than 100 cases since 1993) congenital heart disease with a partial or total loss of the myocard muscle in the righter ventricle.

Fetal echocardiographic findings
Three findings are enlarged right ventricular cavity without apical trabeculation with a thin hypokenetic ventricular wall [2].
