USS Scorpion may refer to one of six vessels of the United States Navy:
- USS Scorpion (1812), a block sloop that was part of Joshua Barney's Chesapeake Bay flotilla in the War of 1812
- USS Scorpion (1813), a schooner serving on the upper Great Lakes in the War of 1812
- USS Scorpion (1847), a bark-rigged steamer of the Mexican-American War
- USS Scorpion (PY-3), a patrol yacht in service from 1898 to 1927
- USS Scorpion (SS-278), a Gato-class submarine, lost during World War II
- USS Scorpion (SSN-589), a Skipjack-class submarine, lost in a Cold War accident
In fiction
A fictitious USS Scorpion plays an important role in Nevil Shute's post-apocalyptic novel On The Beach, though the film versions of the novel change the submarine's name (Sawfish in the 1959 version, Charleston in the 2000 remake).
