UMA Engineering Ltd. is a Canadian engineering company, founded in 1911 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The firm provides consulting, engineering and management services to the community infrastructure; earth and water; energy and facilities; and transportation sectors. Now headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, in 2007 it had more than 1,000 employees in offices across central and western Canada. In September 2004, UMA was acquired by AECOM, a US-based worldwide provider of professional technical and management support services. In 2006, UMA became ISO 9001 certified.
