True Religion Brand Jeans is an American clothing line, established in December of 2002 by husband and wife team Jeffrey and Kym Lubell.[1] In the winter of 2002, True Religion debuted its denim products from its Los Angeles base. It now produces jackets, blazers, sweatshirts and t-shirts, in addition to jeans. Defining characteristics include pockets with horseshoe-shaped stitching, pictures of Buddha playing the guitar, and twisted inseams. True Religion has boutiques in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, San Jose, Short Hills, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami and Boston (Spring 2008). The flagship store is located in Manhattan Beach, California. True Religion can also be purchased from such high-end department stores as Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue. They are a publicly traded company listed on NASDAQ as TRLG.
