The name George was used for two tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean. These hurricanes were designated George when the initial naming system was used (the Phonetic alphabet).
- 1950's Hurricane George - struck over Central Atlantic, eventually becoming extratropical in Newfoundland.
- 1951's Tropical Storm George - struck Bay of Campeche and make it landfall in Tampico, Mexico.
The name George was used for one tropical cyclone in the Southern Hemisphere.
- 2007's Severe Tropical Cyclone George - developed in the Joseph Bonaparte Gulf, affecting the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Later intensified to a Category 4 and hit near Port Hedland killing three people.
