Trial may refer to the following types of competitions.
- Car or motor trial(s), motoring competitions of skill and/or reliability
- Motorcycle Trials, an obstacle motorcycle competition
- Bike trials riding, an obstacle bicycle competition, derived from the motorcycle sport
- Off-roading, driving a specialized vehicle on unpaved roads, at low speed, and with emphasis on skill
- Truck Trials, an obstacle truck driving competition such as European Truck-Trial Championship, derived from Off-roading.
