Treasure Island Media is a San Francisco-based gay pornography studio founded by director Paul Morris and specializing in bareback and raunchy sex videos and DVDs. Their films are presented in the form of documentaries of male sexuality. Many of the studio's bareback films feature scenes in which the active partner ejaculates on the anus of the receptive partner and then pushes the semen into his rectum. In an episode of Showcase's Porno Valley, Chi Chi LaRue expressed strong opposition to the studio.

International Casting
In 2007, studio announced on their website that they would be visiting major metropolises globally to cast roles for upcoming films during events like gay pride festivities. A few of the cities Treasure Island Media scouted or plan on attending are: Toronto (Folsom North), Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, Chicago (International Mr. Leather), São Paulo, Philadelphia, Moscow, London, England, Dallas, Denver, Budapest, San Francisco (Dore Alley Fair; San Francisco Pride), Palm Springs, San Diego, Warsaw and Montreal.
Awards
In October 2007, Paul Morris’ Treasure Island Media (TIM) won the prize for Best US Studio at the David Awards [1] in Berlin. This caused controversy as TIM produces bareback films, causing Titan Media founder Bruce Cam to decline his award.[1]
