Todd Morse is an American guitarist for Hardcore Punk band H2O and Alternative/Indie rock band Juliette and the Licks.
Recently he has co-created the Punk/Garage rock band The Operation M.D. in which he is known under the nickname Dr. Rocco with Sum 41's Cone McCaslin.
In The Operation M.D., Morse sings vocals, plays the guitar and additional keyboards, along with Cone McCaslin who sings backing vocals, plays the bass guitar and plays the keyboards. Morse started his musical career in 1994 when joined to H2O as a guitarist, after his brother Toby Morse, the vocalist for the group, asked him to join the group.
