Todd Ianuzzi is a character (voice by Rottilio Michieli) in the cartoon Beavis and Butt-Head. He is a tough young man, evidently a common thug and the head of a minor local gang. Both Beavis and Butt-Head greatly admire Todd and aspire to be in his gang, and are not in any way put off by Todd's obvious contempt for them. Todd physically and verbally harasses the two whenever he is in their presence. Even though Todd despises the duo, he doesn't hesitate to take advantage of them if he needs to. Beavis & Butt-Head never seem to mind this due to their complete admiration of Todd and their desperate attempts to win him over. It is even believed that Todd got his name because it rhymes with God. Every time the duo sees him they say, "Whoa! It's Todd." It is almost as if they are thinking, "God has come down to Earth at last!" He is one of the few characters in the show that the duo never manage to win against with their antics that would normally drive even Principal McVicker and Coach Buzzcut insane. Todd wears mirrored sunglasses, and has a tattoo on his right biceps of a flaming skull wearing an eye-patch clutching a knife between its teeth with a message around it reading "Life Sucks." He drives a primer patched green Plymouth Duster, often onto lawns, through garbage cans and over Beavis and Butt-head's bikes. He wears a mechanic's shirt with the sleeves torn off and his name on it. He has a blond mullet. Todd's surname was revealed in the book Beavis and Butt-head: This Book Sucks, by Mike Judge. It was hinted that Todd was once a student of Highland High. Beavis and Butt-Head find out about this from Stewart in the episode "Steamroller" , in which he tells them that Todd dropped out of school 2 years earlier when Butt-head asks about his whereabouts on campus. Todd plays a central role in the computer game, Beavis & Butt-Head in Virtual Stupidity, where the aim is to help Beavis and Butt-Head to escape from school in order to watch Todd having a pre-arranged fight with Leroy, another local thug and gain membership into Todd's gang along the way. This marked the first and only time Beavis and Butt-head were able to humiliate Todd unintentionally without getting beaten up in the end. The only time Todd ever backed off from somebody was in the Halloween special Bungholio: Lord of the Harvest (Butt-O-Ween) where he came across Beavis's alter ego, Cornholio. After apparently realizing his insanity, Todd decided to only take advantage of Butt-Head instead, although he took Cornholio's bag full of candy in the process.
