Career

This Et Al formed in Bradford / Leeds near the end of 2002 and their sound has been compared to the likes of My Bloody Valentine, ...Trail Of Dead, Queens of the Stone Age and Interpol. All of their releases have enjoyed significant airtime on MTV2, as well as Radio 1, XFM and other radio stations. They have toured with Minus The Bear, Scarling, Amusement Parks On Fire, Forward, Russia! and have appeared at Download and Leeds Festival. 'Baby Machine', their debut album, was given a full release on Monday 9th April 2007 via their own label FC Recordings, distributed by Cargo. See 'Sounds like' for full discography. The band are currently working towards their next release. “It’s Muse without the pompousness. It’s Sonic Youth with catchy songs. It’s This Et Al and its ace.” - NME “Sounds like Placebo flame-throwing their way through Biffy Clyro's back catalogue.” - THE FLY “Their eleven-track debut practically drips ambition” - DROWNED IN SOUND “This is one hell of an angry affair…Baby Machine is a dynamic and explosive take on the post punk/rock sound” - LEEDS MUSIC SCENE
