Theodore of Egypt is a 5th century Egyptian saint. He was the disciple of Saint Pachomius, and, at the departure of the latter, replaced him as head of the Cenobitic community. He was best known for his meekness and patience. Theodore of Egypt departed on 2 Pashons.
