The paper is edited by Gerard Kelly and his deputy is Ann Mroz, who is responsible for book reviews and opinion articles. Alan Thomson, the assistant editor, commissions features and Phil Baty is the news editor. Times Higher Education is probably best known for publishing the THE-QS World University Rankings, which lists the top 200 universities in the world annually.
