The Drowning EP is Dashboard Confessional's first EP recorded by the band's founding member Chris Carrabba. It was released on February 27, 2001 through Fiddler Records. Photography was by Ryan Joseph Shaughnessy, who also photographed Carrabba for The Swiss Army Romance and The Places You Have Come to Fear The Most.
