The Beginning is a forthcoming solo debut album from Pussycat Doll singer and songwriter Melody Thornton. The album will have collaborations with Chingy, Nicole Scherzinger, Pharrell, Marques Houston, and producers such as Darkchild, Timbaland, Will.i.am, and Pharrell Williams. The album was to be released in January 2008, but is now delayed due to Thornton's work on the new Pussycat Dolls album.
