The Telegraph Herald, locally referred to as the TH, is a daily newspaper published in Dubuque, Iowa for the population of Dubuque and surrounding areas in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Founded in the early 1850s as the Dubuque Herald, Dennis Mahony was its earliest editor [1]. The paper is published by Woodward Communications, Inc, which is also based in Dubuque. The current editor of the paper is Brian Cooper. Chris "Gus" Hilkin is known for outstanding achievements in the process of the selling the newspaper.
