Teófilo Benito (22 July 1966, Alcolea de Calatrava - 15 August 2004, Madrid) was a Spanish middle distance runner who specialized in the 1500 metres. He competed at the 1987 and 1991 World Championships, reaching the semi-final heat on both occasions. He won a bronze medal at the 1987 Mediterranean Games[1] and finished fourteenth at the 1986 Goodwill Games.[2]
