Tatsuo Yamamoto (山本 達雄 Yamamoto Tatsuo?, April 7 1856November 2 1947) was a Japanese financial administrator and political figure born in Ōita Prefecture.  He served as Governor of the Bank of Japan from 1898 to 1903.
