Susumu Chiba (千葉 進歩 Chiba Susumu?), born September 13, 1970, is a seiyū (voice actor). He is contracted under the Office Osawa Co. LTD. One of his best known roles is as Fujiwara-no-Sai from the anime Hikaru no Go.
