Sully and Biff are construction worker Muppets from Sesame Street. Aside from the television show, they have also made appearances in the Sesame Street movies "Follow That Bird" (1985) and Elmo in Grouchland (1999), as well as the TV special "Elmopalooza" (1998). Biff, the more outspoken of the duo, speaks with a Bronx accent. He was performed by Jerry Nelson. Sully doesn't speak (in fact, whenever he tried to, he was always interrupted before he could even make a sound from his mouth). He was performed by Richard Hunt (1973–1992) and Frank Oz (1992–1995, 1998, 1999).
