Straight is a term which may commonly refer to:
- the quality or state of extending in one direction without turns, bends or curves; or being without influence or interruption
- the personal character of displaying honesty or fairness
- Straight, a poker hand containing five cards in sequential order
- expression for a heterosexual person (as an antonym to queer or gay), see also straight acting.
- a type of punch used in boxing, also commonly known as a Cross
- Straight, the first album by German singer Tobias Regner.
- Straight Records, a record label
- Straight, Inc., a now-defunct U.S. drug rehabilitation program for adolescents
- Straight Bourbon is any Bourbon whiskey that has been aged at least two years.
In slang usage, the term also refers to:
- the state of sobriety
- abstaining from the use of, or being free from the effects of drugs, especially recreational drugs
- not being engaged in criminal activity. "Going straight" refers to a person deciding to no longer engage in criminal activity.
- a member of the straight edge subculture
- a crack pipe
