St. Paul is located at 40°46′1″N, 91°31′1″W (40.766957, -91.516955)^GR1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km²), all of it land.

Demographics

As of the census^GR2 of 2000, there were 118 people, 52 households, and 30 families residing in the city. The population density was 312.3 people per square mile (119.9/km²). There were 55 housing units at an average density of 145.5/sq mi (55.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.31% White, and 1.69% from two or more races. There were 52 households out of which 28.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.8% were married couples living together, 3.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.4% were non-families. 32.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 17.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.27 and the average family size was 2.97. In the city the population was spread out with 22.9% under the age of 18, 3.4% from 18 to 24, 33.1% from 25 to 44, 24.6% from 45 to 64, and 16.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females there were 84.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.2 males.
