The Social and Cultural Planning Office (Dutch Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau), usually abbreviated as SCP, is a government agency of the Netherlands which conducts research into the social aspects of all areas of government policy. As of 2006 its director is dr. Paul Schnabel.
