Sneaker is a character in the United Kingdom comic The Dandy who likes to torment the incredibly elegant Crawford and his "girlfriend" Tilda with his sneakiness. His trademark laugh is referred to as "snik-snik" in the earlier strips. It was created and drawn by Jim Petrie in the 1980s, and disappeared from the comic at the end of the decade. It was bought back a few years later by Nick Brennan, who also created Blinky and Pinky's Crackpot Circus.
