Sponsorship

One of Singapore Pools' first projects was to raise funds for the stadium, operated by the Singapore Sports Council. To this end, Singapore Pools contributed S$14.5 million towards the project. It also helped the Stadium repay a government loan of $7.8 million meant as start-up money for a stadium management corporation[2]. Singapore Pools remains a major sponsor for the Singapore Sports Council. Money from Singapore Pools is distributed to various National Sports Associations (NSAs) and other organizations. In return, Singapore Pools is acknowledged as Partner in Sports.
