Seattle Metropolitan, or Seattle Met, is a monthly, local magazine for Seattle, Washington. Its first issue was published in March 2006. Editor-in-chief Katherine Koberg is a former editor of the weekly newspaper, Seattle Weekly, and worked for Amazon.com in book merchandising. News editor, Eric Scigliano, has a background as an experienced free-lance journalist, and also worked for Seattle Weekly. Managing editor, Ariana Donalds, previously worked for New York-based Metropolis magazine. The Met features reporting and feature articles on Seattle events, people, dining and restaurants, popular places and attractions.
