Scott Mayer (born August 31, 1964 in Franklin, Wisconsin) is a former driver in the Indy Racing League. He raced in the 2003 season with 3 career starts for PDM Racing, crashing out of all 3. He finished the season in a tie for 30th position in the IRL season standings. He failed to qualify for the 2003 Indianapolis 500. He attempted to qualify for the 2005 Indianapolis 500 for A.J. Foyt Enterprises but failed rookie orientation and was replaced by Felipe Giaffone.
