Sally Magnusson, (born 11 October 1955 in Glasgow, Scotland) is a Scottish broadcaster and writer, currently working for BBC Scotland.

Career

Sally is often seen on BBC television. She has presented many television programmes, ranging from Reporting Scotland to Songs of Praise. In 2005 she joined the BBC's The Daily Politics as its Friday presenter.

Background

The late broadcaster and writer Magnús Magnússon was her father. Her mother, Mamie Baird, also worked as a journalist.
