Plot
Matt Colter is a white settler who has wed Little Doe, an Indian woman, who is pregnant. They are both criticized by the white and Indian community. They are forced to leave and find a new home. As they rebuild a burnt cabin, little do they realize that the cabin sits on a sacred Paiute burial ground. As the Paiutes clash with the couple, they destroy the cabin, kill Little Doe after she has given birth in the ruins and kidnap the infant. Determined to find his son, he seeks the help of his mountain man friend, Lum Witcher.
