Ruth is a fictional character appearing in the Marvel Comics universe, an archangel in the service of Heaven and an enemy of the Ghost Rider. She first appeared in Ghost Rider (Road to Damnation) #1 (Nov. 2005). Ruth was created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Clayton Crain.
