Ruslan Goncharov (born January 20, 1973 in Odessa, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian figure skater. He currently competes in ice dance with Elena Grushina. They began skating together in 1990. The pair has captured a bronze medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics. Goncharov also works as an ice skating coach. He and Grushina have been married since 1995.
