Royal Phnom Penh Airways is an airline based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It operates domestic services and regional services to Thailand. Its main base is Phnom Penh International Airport, with a hub at Angkor International Airport, Siem Reap [1].
History
The airline was established on 24 October 1999 and started operations the next day. It began international services on 28 December 2000. It is wholly owned by Prince Norodom Chakrapong [1]. It was planned to extend international services to Ho Chi Minh City and to China and Singapore [2].

As of January 2005 Royal Phnom Penh Airways operated the following services [1] :
- Domestic scheduled destinations:Battambang, Phnom Penh, Ratanankiri, Siem Reap and Stung Treng.
- International scheduled destinations: Bangkok.
