Robert Livingston (December 16, 1708November 27, 1790) was the third Lord of Livingston Manor. He was son of Philip Livingston (1686-1749) and was a member of the assembly for the manor from 1737 to 1758. Upon his death in 1790, Livingston Manor was divided among his four younger sons and the children of his eldest son, Peter R. Livingston, of whom he disapproved. As the lands were further divided by their heirs, the Livingston’s political and economic power was subsequently diminished.
