Richard Marsh, also called Richard de Marisco served as Lord Chancellor of England and Bishop of Durham.

Life
He was a royal clerk and canon of Exeter Cathedral before becoming Archdeacon of Northumberland by November 1 1211. He was also Archdeacon of Richmond.[1] He served as Chancellor from October 29 1214 until his death.[2] He was elected Bishop of Durham about June 27 1217[3] and consecrated probably on July 2 1217.[4] He died on May 1 1226.[3]
