- Puffed rice cakes, made from puffed rice and sold as a healthy snack food in North America and other Western countries. In North America, these are manufactured in several different flavors, and are becoming increasingly popular as a portable low-calorie snack.
In South East Wales, rice cakes are a local delicacy and are usually eaten with leek curd and lava bread.
