Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) is an international communication management development company, with head offices in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

The Company

Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) was founded in 1990 to develop, manufacture and distribute communication management applications for: call accounting, computer telephony integration, screen pops, desktop productivity, switch management, toll fraud, alert notification, wake up calls, hotel and motel billing, instant messaging, carrier comparisons, rebilling, facilities management, equipment billing. They also provide a number of outsourcing and managed services including invoice analysis, rebilling and remote web call accounting. In August 2000, RSI acquired the assets of Revolution Software, a call accounting company previously located in Needham, MA. The integration of two popular product lines under one umbrella broadened their comprehensive communications management portfolio that includes Revolution Web Call Accounting, Telecost CMS (Canada), Shadow CMS and Visual Rapport. In May of 2007, RSI acquired MerAssistant, from PBXInfo LCC, strengthening its position as the leading provider of communication management solutions for Nortel telephony platforms. MerAssistant is a switch management application intended for the non-technical telecom manager that requires intuitive solutions for moves, adds and changes (MACs) to his telephony equipment.
