For the fictional character in "Field of Dreams" see Field of Dreams Raymond (Ray) Thomas Kinsella (born January 27, 1911 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – April 29, 1996 ) was a professional ice hockey defenseman for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League from 1930–1931.

Playing career

Mr. Kinsella broke into the NHL for the 1930-31 NHL season for the Ottawa Senators. It was his only year in the NHL. Starting in the following season, he played three seasons in the Can-Am Hockey League, finishing up with the AHA Tulsa Oilers in 1934–35.

After hockey

Ray, as one of three surviving Senators in 1992, was part of the opening night ceremonies in 1992 for the current Ottawa Senators.
