- Console role-playing game, a CRPG for video game consoles
- Tactical role-playing game, a video game with both CRPG and turn-based strategy elements
- Online text-based role-playing game, a role-playing game played online using a solely text-based interface such as TELNET, an internet forum, or in a chat
- Rocket-propelled grenade, a type of hand-held antitank weapon
