Pleasanton Middle School or PMS is a child centered Middle School in California, much like Harvest Park Middle School. The school's motto is 'Kids come first'. It is a school for students in grades 6, 7 and 8. About 1200 students attend this school, and their mascot is the Panther. They play other schools like Harvest Park Middle School, Hart Middle School and Junction Intermediate School in various activities and sports including basketball, golf,volley ball, and wrestling. The school first opened in the year 1991. The school offers many special classes such as laptop immersion, honors classes, GATE classes, and Spanish immersion.
