Philipp Graf von Cobenzl (May 28, 1741, Ljubljana - August 30, 1810, Vienna, Austria) was a statesman, foreign minister, and diplomat who served the Habsburg empire in the era of the Napoleonic Wars. He was Austrian foreign minister from 1792–1793.
