PepsiAmericas, Inc. NYSE: PAS is the second-largest bottler of Pepsi-Cola products, and also contracts to produce beverages for Cadbury-Schweppes and smaller regional brands. PepsiCo, Inc. holds a 41.1% stake in the company, which has 19 bottling plants in the United States plus facilities in several other countries in the Caribbean and Europe.
