Osvaldo Díaz (born December 22, 1981) is a Paraguayan football player who, as of 2007, was playing for Olimpia Asunción. Díaz started his career at Club Guaraní and he was part of the silver medal-winning Paraguayan 2004 Olympic football team, who achieved a quarter-final place with two victories in the qualifying round, and, having finished second in the league, beat South Korea in the quarter-finals, and Iraq in the semi-finals, before losing to Argentina in the final.
